Un groupe de travail est en train de d\u00e9velopper une formation en ligne pour les coordonnateurs\/directeurs(trices) des stages. <\/span><span title=\"This project began in 2014, when the Field Education Committee (FEC) received a grant from the CASWE-ACFTS Special Projects\u2019 fund to research and design a national online field instructors\u2019 course.\">Ce projet a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 2014 lorsque le Comit\u00e9 des stages (CS) a re\u00e7u une subvention du fonds des projets sp\u00e9ciaux de CASWE-ACFTS pour la recherche et la conception d&rsquo;une formation nationale en ligne. <\/span><span title=\"Dr. Sheri McConnell, the field education coordinator at the Memorial University School of Social Work, conducted the background research for the project and met with Field Educators across Canada as well as provincial social work regulators and associations.\">Sheri McConnell, coordonnatrice des stages \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00c9cole de travail social de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Memorial a men\u00e9 la recherche de base pour le projet et a rencontr\u00e9 des \u00e9ducateurs(trices) de la formation pratique au Canada ainsi que des organismes provinciaux de r\u00e9glementation du travail social. <\/span><span title=\"She bring a passion for field education issues and is supported in the project by the Research Assistant, Claire Rykelyk-Huizen, an MSW graduate from Carleton\u2019s schools of social work.\">Elle est passionn\u00e9e des questions portant sur la formation pratique et est soutenue dans le projet par l&rsquo;assistante de recherche, Claire Rykelyk-Huizen, une dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e MTS de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole de travail social de Carleton University. <\/span><span title=\"The course is intended to be easily accessed by field instructors and completed at their own pace, while providing them with the training and resources needed to enhance their field experience.\">La formation est con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre facilement accessible par les coordonnateurs\/directeurs(trices) des stages et peut \u00eatre suivie \u00e0 leur propre rythme, tout en leur fournissant la formation et les ressources n\u00e9cessaires pour am\u00e9liorer leur exp\u00e9rience sur le terrain. <\/span><span title=\"Claire is working with Dr. McConnell to compile resources and upload content to a suitable learning platform.\">Claire travaille avec McConnell pour compiler des ressources et t\u00e9l\u00e9charger du contenu sur une plateforme d&rsquo;apprentissage appropri\u00e9e. <\/span><span title=\"It is expected that a first draft of the course will be completed by the end of April for review and feedback by committee members and others, with the formal launch scheduled for August 2018.
