October, 2018. The Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) supports the Declaration on the affirmation of transgender children and youth. The statement, co-authored by CASWE-ACFTS and the Canadian Association of Social Workers-Association canadienne des travailleuses et travailleurs sociaux (CASW-ACTS), clarifies their positions related to social work education and social service provision with respect to gender diverse children and youth. The OTSTCFQ has prepared a web repository that includes important information.
