SPAC meetings occur on the second Friday of each month with an exciting line up of opportunities for social work educators to promote social policy awareness in social work education and share expertise on social policy and advocacy issues relevant to CASWE. 

October 9: 

Strategy Session for Social Work Educators: Disrupting the Divide Between Policy and Practice. 

Includes a discussion on a macro curricular guide for CASWE. 

November 13:

Guest speaker presentation and Q and A with representatives from the Commission to Advance Macro Social Work on the Commission’s activities, priorities, and strategies to advance macro social work in education.

December 11:

Presentation and facilitated discussion with SPAC Co-chairs.
